Sullivan’s Cove is vernoemd naar de eerste nederzetting nabij Hobart Town. Commentaar van de beroemde whisky schrijver Jim Murray…the flavour is outstanding. The body is big and lush, the intensity of the malt is a sheer delight. Fabulous balance between the sweet malt and the intervening oak which ends with a big cocoa finale which shows some decent aging. At the moment your malt is highly enjoyable, at times brilliant.
